Germany-based SURFACE, established in 1989, designs and produces advanced laser deposition systems and deliver systems for spintronics research.

SURFACE offers single chamber systems up to complex cluster tool systems are used for thin film deposition of 2D electron gas structures, memresistive films and any other oxide electronic application. Systems from 10x10 mm substrate size up to 8" are available.
